I confirm that I am purchasing cosmetic skincare products for lawful, personal use only. 4. I agree that I will not misuse, resell, redistribute, repackage, relabel, or commercially distribute any product obtained through this membership without written authorization. 5. I understand that all purchases are final and that I may not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims in violation of platform policy. 6. I acknowledge that initiating a false chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal after receiving product constitutes fraud and may result in: • Immediate termination of membership • Permanent restriction from future purchases • Legal recovery action for damages and fees 7. I agree that any disputes must be resolved directly with GlowLux by Marci LLC prior to contacting my financial institution. 8. I accept full responsibility for understanding product descriptions and usage instructions prior to purchase. 9. I understand that GlowLux by Marci LLC reserves the right to document, monitor, and enforce compliance with all membership policies. All products offered by GlowLux by Marci LLC are cosmetic skincare products intended strictly and exclusively for external, topical application only. 2. I understand and agree that no product sold by GlowLux by Marci LLC is intended for injection, ingestion, internal use, implantation, or any form of invasive or medical procedure. 3. I expressly agree that I will not inject, ingest, modify, compound, alter, or repurpose any product for internal or medical use. 4. I acknowledge that any off-label use, misuse, modification, or deviation from topical external application constitutes a direct violation of membership terms. 5. I understand that GlowLux by Marci LLC does not sell prescription medications, medical devices, controlled substances, or injectable products. 6. I acknowledge that GlowLux by Marci LLC makes no medical claims and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 7. I accept full and sole responsibility for the proper use of any product purchased. 8. I agree that any misuse, off-label use, injection, internal use, or unauthorized application immediately voids any responsibility or liability of GlowLux by Marci LLC. 9. I understand that violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of membership without notice and permanent restriction from the platform. By proceeding with my application typing ( I AGREE ) and becoming a member or making a purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.*
